Tandem Food Truck Coming to PLE

In these strange times, some of us are tired of cooking and don't want to drive into town for a meal, but we are eager to stretch our legs once in a while. Some of us are looking for ways to support our local businesses and our healthcare workers. We have something to offer which may help.

We've invited Woodinville residents Lisa and Brad Havens to bring their Tandem Food Truck to PLE on Thursdays from 4-7 pm for the next few weeks. They have been in the restaurant business for 10 years and offer hand-cut beer-battered fish & chips, crab cakes, oysters, cioppino, clam chowder, and wine. They have an Excellent food rating and are taking extra precautions to keep us all safe. They also donate meals to our local healthcare providers. Whether or not you buy a meal from Tandem for yourself, you can purchase one for Lisa and Brad to give to Evergreen Hospital healthcare workers. They are scheduled to deliver 75 meals of fish & chips and chowder to Evergreen on Tuesday night, and should you decide to purchase another one to donate, they'll have even more to give in the future. What a wonderful way to give back to those on the front line!

This Thursday the Tandem food truck will be on the west side of 201st Avenue between NE 188th Pl (white bench corner). Hope to see you there!
