Yes, please send an email to plehoa@outlook.com with a summary of your request. We will ask for diagrams that show the dimensions and placement on the property, materials and colors used. The architectural control committee (ACC) reviews the request and makes a recommendation to the HOA board, who will either approve or deny the request.
Sheds should be 200 square feet or less to conform to King County regulations, not be visible from the street, should not be placed on the drain field for your property’s septic system.
Each homeowner is encouraged to keep their verge (that strip of land between the street and your property) in a ‘neat and trim’ condition. Gravel verges or natural verges (with grass and weeds kept near ground level) are equally acceptable. Gravel Verges Most of the verges in our community are gravel. To maintain your gravel verge in a ‘neat and trim’ condition, it should be weed and debris free. King County recommends that there be enough gravel so that it slopes away from the asphalt at 3 degrees. When more gravel is needed, please order 5/8" minus. There are also common gravel verges (facing the greenbelts) that our landscaping company maintains. If you are interested in contacting this company to get help with your gravel as well, reach out to: Daniel Hernandez hernandezlandscapaping253@gmail.com (206) 402-2125 Natural Verges A natural green verge is better than a weedy gravel verge. If you decide to have a natural verge, the green growth should be trimmed/cut regularly near ground level to maintain the ‘neat and trim’ condition.

Boats are only allowed if they can be stored completely out of view from the street and out of view from neighboring properties.
In the CC&Rs, Section 19, you will find a paragraph about vehicles "not in current use" not to be stored on the property if not completely hidden away. There is not specific language about "current use" of motor homes and campers, so the board recommends keeping these vehicles offsite unless actively cleaning, which should usually take 1-2 days. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
